Hi Lenita! Thanks so much — we’re enjoying working on the blog! We haven’t developed many appetizers yet, but I can recommend one that I made for a brunch last year! It was Cranberry Feta Pinwheels (click the name for a link!), a different spin on the cheese & salsa pinwheels that are so popular. They’ve got great holiday color, they’re super simple to put together, and they taste amazing! When I made these, I also layered in a slice or two of sliced deli turkey to cover before rolling to give them some more substance. If I think of any more I’ll happily share.
